MADHULIKA TRIPATHI
Chairperson
Mrs. Tripathi’s foundation comes from Defense background, hailing from the holy city of Varanasi, she has travelled, lived and experienced almost every state of India. She has a 5 years teaching background with post graduation in Industrial Management. Being a daughter of Late Col. Shri Sitaram Mishra, she has been through army discipline, body language and communication which in today’s generation is very important for the 360 degree development of a child.
She believes, a perfect amalgamation of the disciplinary rules + communication with child centric holistic atmosphere is important which brings the 'me' out of a child.

Founder & Managing Director
Shivam Tripathi is the founder of Urbankriti which is an emerging engineering and design company with exemplary innovative projects under its belt ranging from smart renovations to handling turkey projects. Shivam graduated from Mumbai University in Architectural Studies in 2008 and then ventured on its own in setting up his enterprise.
Shivam is an entrepreneur and humanist who is passionate about building communities to bring the holistic education into existence.

Founder's Profile
Shivam Tripathi, the Founder of Urbanakriti is playing an instrumental role shaping young minds through its ACP (Admission Catalyzing Process) program designed for schools with chief aim to carefully nurture children in their formative years. This brings the best of both the eastern and western worlds, in short, it's a hi-tech Gurukul system thus making them future ready by capitalizing on their inherent strengths.
The underlining concept behind this idea is to fill the void prevailing in our current education system and making learning more proactive and experiential through establishing accelerative learning environments.
Shivam had received prestigious International French Publication in LE Courier De LA Architect Award for his outstanding achievement along with Stalwart Architects namely Sir Norman Foster and Sir B V Doshi.
He has been a keynote speaker for Tech Fest Kurushetra Annamalai University and School of Architecture & Planning both in Chennai. He is also well covered by Zee Business, Times of India and others for his commendable line of works.

THIRD TEACHER - THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT CIRCUMSCRIBING THE CHILD
Our intention is to create a Holistic Space for a child which should be so interesting and vibrant that the very presence of it should subconsciously motivates him to wake up early in the morning and say “ Mumma give me milk, I wanna go to school”.
He should feel it as my school: "My space of learning". In the process of getting the Built Space constructed it is very important to create and spent the Visionary’s hard earned money in a controlled and efficient way linking it directly with admission to maintain faster pace for break-even.
We play an important role here by inventing ACP – Admission Catalyzing Process. The Infrastructural Construction to be done phase wise yearly in direct proportion to a conservative expected admission every year. Enrolling parent in each and every step/phase of School Infra development through Press Conferencing, Parent Seminars, Meetings, Joint Surveys, Home Visits, Unconventional marketing.
Building the school in a proper phase wise manner every year to ensure controlled and effective utilization of Visionary’s hard earned money linked directly to admissions. An Enriched intellectual, vibrant, information centric, environment along with an intelligent use of space ensures high Non Verbal Learning.
Non Verbal Learning is the subconscious motivation rendered to a child through the quality of the space surrounding him to Consciously Learn and interact . The geometry, colors, textures, landscapes physically circumscribing a child positively hits his mental levels to generate happy mood to learn.
